Check your Civil Service Exam Room and School Assignments for October 21, 2012
Now that you have applied for the October 21, 2012 Civil Service Examination, what next? Know your Civil Service Exam Room and School Assignments.
The Civil Service Examination Paper and Pencil Test is conducted in different schools and testing centers, in 16 different regions in the country. Each region has its testing center where they conduct the civil service exam.
In some regions where there are only few examinees, and only one school or testing center, the Civil Service Commission-Examination Services Division usually informs the examinees of their school assignments ahead of time or during application.
However, for CSC Regional offices that has large number of examinees, they usually use different testing centers and different schools in a particular region.
If you belong to such region, you may be informed of your school assignments and room assignments at a later date, usually one week before the examination date.
How to know your room and school assignments for the October 21, 2012 Civil Service Exam:
1. Some CSC Regional office sends notice of school assignment to inform you of your room and school assignment.
2. You may call the CSC Regional office were you applied for your room and school assignment. The school assignments are usually available 1 week before the examination date.
4. You can use the CSC Website’s eNOSA (online Notice of School Assignment) form below. Key in the details below. Use * if you don’t have a middle name.
REMEMBER: IF YOUR NAME DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE eNOSA OR YOU CANNOT GENERATE YOUR NOTICE FOR WHATEVER REASON, PLEASE CALL THE CSC REGIONAL OFFICE WHERE YOU APPLIED FOR THE EXAM.
You can take the exam even without the Notice. What is important is that you know your room and school assignment.
You MUST double check the room and school assignment generated via eNOSA with the CSC Office where you applied for the exam. See directory below.
IF YOU CAN’T SEE OR GENERATE YOUR ROOM AND SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT, CALL THE CSC REGIONAL OFFICE WHERE YOU APPLIED FOR THE EXAM. IF YOU CAN’T CONTACT THEM, THEN VISIT THEIR OFFICE

FAQ: why can’t I locate my name in the CSC website?
Answer:Well, I do not know. I’m not the administrator of the CSC website. I also observed that they indicated in the page that what they have is a Partial List only.
SOLUTION: If you can not locate your name in the CSC website, I suggest you call the CSC Regional Office where you applied. I’m very sure that they know your room and school assignment because they are the ones who generate the list, primarily.
FAQ: Why can’t I contact CSC NCR?
ANSWER: There are so many applicants calling that their phone is always busy. Try (02)7815878.
FAQ: Why can’t I access the CSC website.
ANSWER: There are thousands of applicants trying to access the site. I guess their server is at its limits and could not handle the load.
Also, people are worried that they could not generate their Notice of School Assignment. As far as I know, a valid ID is sufficient enough for you to be admitted in the exam.
From there just read and follow the instruction. Good luck examinees!

If you can’t get your room assignment sa webstie ng CSC, i suggest you call the CSC regional office where you applied for the exam. it’s better and easier that way. May nakalagay kasi na “partial list” sa site nila.

Kasi may isa din nag rereklamo na walang sumasagot sa numbers ng NCR. As for the NOSA, wag na kayo umasa kasi PARTIAL LIST lang nga yung nakalagay dun. What is important is your room and school assignment. hindi ba kayo binigyan ng contact numbers or details or any information lang man kung saan kayo nag apply or sinubmit yung application nyo? Why don’t you try visiting the CSC office where you applied?

Wala Kaseng Exact na refference like Serialize Registered number, Naka depend sa Full name at Birth date, what if merong tao na same ang Bday, Fullname Region. Walang Primary key bulok na data system yan
